About

Writing that respects both the technology and the people it’s built for

Technology can change a life — but only if the people choosing it, buying it, or using it are able to understand it.

That belief sits at the heart of my work.

I’m a content writer and technical writer who has spent more than 25 years translating complex systems into clear, useful information. Early in my career, I wrote documentation and product materials for computer hardware and technical environments where accuracy and clarity weren’t optional — they were the difference between success and frustration.

Later, caregiving became a major part of my life. I cared for a family member with increasing physical disabilities and complex medical needs. During those years, I saw firsthand how hard it can be to make good decisions when product information is filled with jargon and assumptions, or when it is missing details. Even the best mobility or accessibility device becomes intimidating when the language around it isn’t human-centered.

Both experiences shaped how I write today: with precision for engineers who build the technology and with empathy for the people who need it.

What I bring to every project

  • 25+ years of technical writing and structured documentation experience
  • Training in B2B and persuasive copy
  • Working knowledge of medical devices, seating and mobility equipment, and accessibility tools
  • Real-world insight into the day-to-day challenges disabled individuals and their caregivers face

I don’t just explain how products work — I explain why they matter and what they make possible.

Who I write for

Mobility and accessibility companies, healthtech brands, and B2B teams that want to communicate clearly with caregivers, clinicians, decision-makers, and end-users.

Why this work matters

Mobility and accessibility aren’t luxuries — they’re lifelines. And when technology is explained well, it becomes easier to access, easier to choose, and easier to use.

Call to action

If you’re developing products that support independence and dignity, I’d be honored to help you communicate their value clearly.

Let’s make your message easy to understand — and help it generate the confidence a decision maker needs to act.
